At Guardian Group fostering health and wellness, with a strategic focus on a holistic approach, is critical to the wellbeing of our clients and our employees. With our mission to promote healthy lifestyles, Guardian Group relaunched its health and wellness arm: the Total Life Care Health and Wellness Programme. 

The relaunch took place at the St. John’s Ambulance Hall, Wrightson Road Extension, Port of Spain on January 26th, 2019.  

The event dubbed, Total Life Day brought together members of staff of Guardian Group and their families for an afternoon of health and wellness advice, with several corporate and social sector groups offering valuable information on diet, exercise, lifestyle choices, disease prevention and striking the overall work-life balance amidst the many demands of modern life. The Honourable Minister of Health, Terrence Deyalsingh was in attendance for this event and the unveiling the new Total Life Care (TLC) logo.
