Speaking at the donation handover ceremony at the Group’s Westmoorings, Port of Spain Headquarters on Wednesday 11th December, Ian Chinapoo, Group Chief Executive Officer expressed his deep gratitude and pride in the collective efforts that made SHINE 2024 a landmark event. He said, “This year’s SHINE wasn’t just a race - it was a testament to the power of community, resilience, and shared purpose. Over 5,000 participants braved the rain to show that, together, no obstacle is insurmountable. These funds are more than just financial assistance; they represent an investment in the brighter, stronger future of Trinidad and Tobago.”
